Mystic Knights of Tyr Egg Nog

So me being me, I decided to get all geeky and mathy with a few eggnog recipes I dug up, taking the egg:cup:tbsp of egg:dairy:sugar ratios and then averaging them out.

- = EGGNOG MANIFESTO = -

1 egg
1 cup milk
1 tbsp sugar
1:1:1

12 eggs
3 pints milk (6 cups)
1 pint heavy cream (2 cups)
2 cups sugar (32 tbsp)
12:8:32 = 3:2:8 = 1:0.66:2.66

6 eggs
1 quart half and half (4 cups)
3/4 cup sugar (12 tbsp)
6:4:12 = 3:2:6 = 1:0.66:2

4 eggs
1 pint milk (2 cups)
1 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup sugar (6 tbsp)
4:3:6 = 1:0.75:1.5

6 eggs
4 pints milk (8 cups)
1 pint heavy cream (2 cups)
3/4 cup sugar (12 tbsp)
6:10:12 = 3:5:6 = 1:1.66:2

3 eggs
3 cups half & half
3 tbsp sugar
3:3:3 = 1:1:1

8 eggs
2 1/2 cups heavy cream
2 cups milk
3/4 cup sugar (12 tbsp)
16:9:24 = 1:0.56:1.5

AVERAGE RATIO = 1:0.89:1.66

1 egg
9/10ths cup dairy
1 2/3 tbsp sugar

I'll try it out this week at work (unless I slip and fall and die in the frozen rain that's supposed to be the weather for the next few days) to see how the average turns out. As a plus, we actually do intend to do some eggnoggy things at work in the next month, so they can't rightly complain about me using their stock for my experiments, like I did/do with the gingersnaps, the shortbread cookies, and the peppered coffee (what'd that be in French, allegedly, moominmolly, and maxineofarc? Cafe du poivre? Cafe aux poivre? The ground pepper goes in the coffee before brewing, so cafe avec poivre just seems wrong -- to me, that implies one made coffee then shook some pepper in).
